Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who excels in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding the client's customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High School diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is a plus.

Monday to Friday, first shift.
