Senior Accountant at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant for a client in the Galveston area. We are looking for candidates that reside close to the area as the position will be working 4 days in office and 1 remote. This role will be responsible for budgetary controls, cost analysis, and general ledger.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance


• 4+ years full cycle accounting experience


• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial reporting


• Supports AP


• Prepare monthly cost and consumables reporting


• Fixed Assets


• Balance Sheet reconciliations


• AR and intercompany billings


• Audit assistance


• Inventory
