Position Overview:

Bray International, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this high-profile role, you will work alongside our Talent Acquisition team to manage the hiring needs for our US groups and subsidiaries. This position requires a proven ability to recruit across a variety of roles, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, relationship management, and networking. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and demonstrate a commitment to helping Bray International continue its legacy as The High-Performance Company.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and ensure seamless recruitment throughout the full hiring process.


  • Full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of exempt and non-exempt roles across various functions.


  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels and techniques to identify top talent, especially for hard-to-fill positions.


  • Manage and post requisitions, review applications, and track progress using UKG (formerly UltiPro) applicant tracking system.


  • Drive the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviewing, extending offers, and supporting new hires throughout the onboarding process.


  • Partner with vendors and recruiting agencies to build a strong talent pipeline, amplifying your recruiting efforts when needed.


  • Travel to college campuses for career fairs and networking events to attract top talent.

Qualifications and Core Competencies:



  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for both exempt and non-exempt positions.

  • Proficient with a variety of sourcing channels and techniques for identifying and attracting top talent.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as UKG (formerly UltiPro) is preferred.

  • A college degree is preferred, or certifications in an HR-related field.
