Job Description:

I.
JOB SUMMARY:

Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications: conducting visual and measurement test: rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Approves in process production by confirming quality specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests. Communicates required adjustments to Quality and production Supervisors.

II.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Approves incoming material quality.
Conducts quality audits to confirm and validate quality according to drawings specifications.
Data entry (TQS)
Conducts quality audits on Assembly and Mill departments.
Approves in process production, returns products for re-work; confirms rework.
First article inspections.
Bi Weekly Quality Audits on FA Packs and FG Cabinets.
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Keeps quality boards updated on a daily basis.
Maintains Safety and Quality standards.
Participates in Quality, Safety and Production meetings.
Maintains good communication with all Quality and Production team.
Reports to Quality Lead/ Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience:
0 -- 6 months of previous work experience
Skills:
Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions
Must be able to assess and prioritize workload
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

Manufacturing warehouse environment with constant noise
