Design, build, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Operate and program CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate parts to exact specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
Maintain accurate records of tool and die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Tool and Die Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines and other machining equipment.
