• Experienced Machinist


• Tool and Die experience


• Total comp up to 80K

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing processes.


• Operate and program CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate parts to exact specifications.


• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining operations.


• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.


• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.


• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.


• Maintain accurate records of tool and die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.


• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Tool and Die Machinist in a manufacturing environment.


• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines and other machining equipment.


• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling techniques.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
