Job Summary:
The Clamp Operator is responsible for assembling cabinet components to ensure the creation of high-quality bath cabinets. This role involves using hand tools, including staple guns, and operating within safety and quality standards to complete assembly tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
* Assemble cabinet components within the clamp, following safety protocols and material handling guidelines.
* Use hand tools, such as staple guns, to secure parts to complete the cabinet assembly.
* Stack completed cabinets onto conveyors to maintain the flow of production.
* Carry, push, and pull parts and tools as required to support the assembly process.
* Inspect assembled products to verify they meet quality standards.
* Monitor equipment for potential malfunctions and report any issues.
* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating respect, kindness, and empathy toward customers, visitors, and co-workers.

Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
