What to Expect
The Sr. Strategic Planning Associate will partner with their manager to research and report on Mobility market trends, act as the centralized point of contact to coordinate Mobility's internal and cross-functional initiatives, and lead project management efforts for select Mobility initiatives.
What You Will Do
1. Serve as the central point of contact for Mobility-related internal and cross-functional initiatives, including but not limited to:
• Manage recurring meetings, such as monthly department meetings, Enterprise Business Updates, and HQ updates.
• Coordinate requirements for internal audits and other compliance needs.
• Oversee MBOD planning, submission, tracking, and reporting
2. Conduct research and report on Mobility market trends
• Analyze industry data, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to identify key trends in the mobility sector.
• Evaluate market reports, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on transportation and mobility solutions.
• Summarize findings in clear, data-driven reports to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
3. Project Coordinator/Management
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of key Mobility initiatives
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
4. Provide support for ad hoc Mobility initiatives as business priorities evolve.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• Minimum 4-6 years related experience in Strategy, Planning and/or Finance.
• Experience in financial services a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required. BA/BS Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics
• MBA a plus
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives/projects.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to present to upper management.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Agility to adapt to new processes and products.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
