Accounts Payable Specialist



Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry located North West of Boston, MA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support invoice processing and payment operations. This role involves data entry, invoice validation, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate and efficient payment processing.



Responsibilities:

• Process and enter invoices with accuracy and efficiency.


• Verify documentation for payments and flag discrepancies.


• Assist in resolving outstanding invoice or payment issues with vendors and internal teams.


• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.


• Support reconciliation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of accounts payable or finance experience preferred.


• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus but not required.
