Our client, a commercial real estate investment manager, is seeking a Administrative Assistant in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm (flex to stay later as needed) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage calendar appointments, travel, meetings, and events
Handle vendor invoices, expense tracking, budget reconciliation, and financial data input
Maintain corporate records, licensing, confidentiality agreements, and office files
Oversee office operations, supplies, vendor negotiations, and facility upkeep
Support corporate training, legal pipeline meetings, and executive presentations
Assist with marketing, social media, website development, and new hire onboarding
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to become a Notary Public
Strong client/customer focus and outstanding phone presence
Strong verbal communication and writing skills
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $75-85K base depending on experience + bonus
