Description: Our Healthcare client is currently seeking a Market Research Professional
Location: Work From Home (open to candidates in EST or CST time zones)
Job Description: The Market Research team aims to uncover and highlight insights into market conditions and customer needs to reduce risks and maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing partners and business lines to define a learning agenda and key strategic insights.
Support Special Needs, Low Income, and Agent lines of business.
Execute, document, and refine processes:
Document activities for partner education and regulatory compliance.
Engage business partners and encourage action planning.
Enhance processes to improve insights and impact.
Manage vendor partners in member recruitment, session execution, and initial summary documentation.
Provide research support as needed:
Determine key business questions.
Select the appropriate research audience.
Work with external vendors to identify the best research methodology.
Choose an appropriate vendor from approved research partners.
Secure research samples internally if not using a panel.
Source internal and secondary data for counts, weighting, and incidence.
Gain approvals and alignment on research instruments from stakeholders and Legal and Regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with vendors to deliver final reports with actionable insights.
Present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong project management experience and interest.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, Communications, or Business.
3+ years of market research and direct project management experience.
Understanding and experience with various research methodologies.
Experience using primary and secondary data sources for research design and results.
Excellent synthesis skills.
Ability to transform data into compelling stories through insights, data visualization, and key implications.
Strong presentation skills and experience communicating complex strategies to senior management.
Passion for improving consumer experiences.
Preferred:
Strong qualitative research background
Experience working with diverse research groups such as Multicultural, Low Income, and Disabled.
Experience in the health insurance industry.
