Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Representative with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation and marketing within the home care industry. This is a temporary-to-hire position offering a competitive pay rate ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 annually. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home, but the individual will be expected to be in the field to generate leads and build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare space.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead Generation: Actively generate leads by networking and establishing relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospitals, case managers, social workers, rehab centers, and nursing homes to promote home care services.


• 
  Field Marketing: Engage with local medical professionals, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote home care services.


• 
  Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage print advertising and email marketing campaigns to attract new business and maintain visibility in the community.


• 
  Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key partners and clients in the healthcare sector.


• 
  Reporting: Track and report on lead generation success and overall business growth efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and lead generation, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable engaging with a variety of professionals.


• Ability to work independently and meet established goals.


• Self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for business growth.


• Familiarity with Ventura County is essential for fieldwork.


• A solid understanding of marketing principles, print advertising, and email campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits:
