Job Description:

Beacon Hill is seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support one of our client partners - a leader in advanced technology solutions within the aerospace and defense industry. This is an on-site role based in Simi Valley, CA, providing key administrative and logistical support to engineering and manufacturing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on impactful projects within a high-tech, fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in organizing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.


• Maintain and track project schedules, resources, and documentation.


• Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, document minutes, and ensure follow-ups.


• Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and presentations.


• Support day-to-day administrative needs of the project team.


• Monitor risks, action items, and milestones to ensure progress and alignment.


• Facilitate communication across engineering, procurement, and production departments.


• Ensure adherence to internal project management processes and best practices

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.


• 2+ years of project coordination or administrative support experience.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).


• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
