Job Description



We are seeking an efficient and reliable Courier to join our team in Houston, United States. As a Courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers throughout the Houston area.

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to various locations within Houston and surrounding areas


• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency


• Load, unload, and sort packages at our distribution center


• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly


• Use smartphone apps and GPS technology to navigate and update delivery status


• Interact professionally with customers, addressing any concerns or questions


• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered


• Ensure proper handling of packages to prevent damage during transit


• Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations


• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent knowledge of Houston's street layout and traffic patterns


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• Basic proficiency with smartphone apps and GPS navigation


• Physical stamina and ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds


• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate delivery records


• Previous experience in delivery or logistics is preferred


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
