Job Description:

Billing Coordinator- Boston, MA


We are currently working with a law firm who are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team. While the company is located in downtown Boston, this role will be remote.



Responsibilities:

• Manages a variety of assigned accounts/vendors


• Maintains responsibility for the preliminary billing and related accounting reports.


• Creates billing reports to clients/attorneys as needed or requested in a timely manner.


• Reviews and edits bills and letters as instructed


• Revise invoices as needed


• Facilitates the submission of write offs for approval when needed


• Coordinates the application of client funds appropriately

Qualifications:

• Degree required


• 2+ years accounting experience preferred
