Location: Kenvue's global headquarters in Summit, NJ

Travel : up to 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Senior Manager, Investor Relations will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Corporate Communications and Corporate Stewardship teams, as well as other executives to help develop accurate, concise and impactful investor communications. This individual will play a key role in preparing all relevant material for quarterly earnings calls, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other engagements with analysts, investors and management. This position offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter and a team player to engage with the Kenvue Leadership Team and key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to help execute on our investor relations strategy.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Help draft press releases, scripts, Q&A documents, presentations and other materials for quarterly earnings, conferences, and other events, ensuring accuracy, consistency of messaging and regulatory compliance across all investor communications
  • Develop strong partnership and work closely with Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Corporate Communications, Corporate Stewardship and other teams to gather and analyze data
  • Perform financial modeling and work on ad hoc projects analyzing results, trends, forecasts, peer benchmarking and other relevant information
  • Closely monitor market intelligence and sentiment through interactions with buy-side and sell-side analysts, as well as research reports, providing context and insights to the Kenvue Leadership Team
  • Manage the execution of the investor relations events, including planning and conducting quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation
  • Support the design and implementation of best practices in investor relations, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in reporting and communication strategies

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, investor relations or a related field is required
  • Proven experience in strategic communication, financial analysis, modeling, and the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior experience on the sell-side, in investor relations or financial communications is preferred
