What you will do
The EM Make Manager is responsible for leading activities to on-board new Sites/External Manufacturers to enable the growth of the Skin and Essential Health business in NA and for ensuring the attainment of specific performance metrics related to service, quality, agility, cost and environmental health & safety. The EM Make Manager is responsible to coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations within assigned site(s), including product supply, commercialization of new products, logistics and distribution, capacity management, planning, capabilities assessment, inventory control, purchasing, quality, negotiation, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross functional teams to execute audits and assessments to onboard new External Manufacturers
Drive remediation action plans to ensure the new EM will comply to Industry and Kenvue standards and will achieve performance metrics to deliver service, reliability, cost, agility, quality and environmental health & safety
Coordinate the execution of life cycle management and new product launches at EM sites
Coordinate the execution of PED (Partner Enabled Development) projects, leveraging EMs capabilities to support Kenvue ' s business needs
Facilitate execution of legally binding supply and service level agreements
Ensure achievement of external manufacturing site attainment goals
Develop manufacturing strategies to improve site performance, agility, and reliability of supply
Identify and obtain resources to resolve issues
Ensure customer commitments for product availability are met
Support the development and execution of business continuity plans by identifying qualified sources of supply and manufacturing sites aligned with product and marketing requirements.
Optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times through the development and implementation of effective action plans, including conducting monthly capacity analyses with EM sites.
Coordinate product and process changes at external manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with Kenvue's standards and promoting effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years related experience in any of the following areas is required: Supply Chain/Operations, Quality, External or Internal Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain Sourcing, and/or Supply Planning.
An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable communicating across functional levels.
Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business partners to meet tactical and strategic business needs.
Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing cross-functional project teams
This position requires the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Desired Qualifications
Training/experience with Lean Six Sigma/Process Improvement methodologies.
Prior experience establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) for critical vendors
Prior knowledge of advanced planning systems such as ERP, MRP, and/or SAP

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 - $167,900. This takes Into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
