Therefore, we invite and welcome applicants from traditionally underrepresented groups in healthcare - people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ community, and/or gender expansive, first and second-generation immigrants, veterans, and people from different socioeconomic backgrounds - to apply.

The MGH Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR) within the Department of Psychiatry is seeking a project manager to report the Director, Ana-Maria Vranceanu and the Administrative Manager of Research. CHOIR is an established center with multiple NIH funded clinical trials, an internship in Clinical Psychology, a T32 postdoctoral fellowship, a Roybal Center for Dyadic Research, and a Resource Center for Minority Aging Research.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the co-management of the T32 Postdoctoral fellowship, and the Research and Education Core of the Resource Center for Minority Aging Research (RCMAR). The Project manager will also work closely with the Administrative Manager to support submission and management of training and other small grants. Project Manager will continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic matters including recruitment and management of fellows, personnel management, long-range planning, project development, research grant administration, and budget management.
