Your Role
This is a mission-critical senior leadership opportunity to lead a high-performing, tenured team and help deliver substantial top-line revenue for the US Neurology and Immunology (N&I) franchise. The Sr Business Director East will lead the Area Business Manager (ABM) team responsible for marketed and potential future product launches in N&I and drive strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and market share. Your leadership will inspire a diverse sales force to execute effective strategies and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional results.

Proven leader with 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors
Strong background in sales management and talent development
Experience leading managers and fostering high-performing teams
Expertise in Neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, and specialty biologics
Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills
Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
Committed to driving change and innovation in a dynamic environment
