SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, execution and delivery of Crowley Wind Services Projects by ensuring the identified customer requirements are met, delivered timely and within budget without compromising quality or safety.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE: 10 years of project management and/or operations experience. 5 years of project management and operations experience with EPCI-related offshore projects utilizing marine assets.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint in addition to utilizing project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in various stages of completion that may vary in nature and scope. Ability to assess project risks and exposures; identify options and alternatives, make decisions and implement corrective actions. Ability to promote and build a team atmosphere, motivate team members in addition to function effectively as part of a team. Ability to organize, manage and lead at the project and portfolio level. Ability to plan, execute and control a project establishing realistic estimates and reporting metrics. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives. Ability to prepare, monitor and administer budgets, as well as the ability to perform financial analysis. Ability to indirectly mentor, coach, train and/or supervise employees. Knowledge of project management, planning and cost control management. Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, budgeting and administrative management.
OTHER: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Experience with projects related to terminal operations and terminal labor also preferred.
JOB SCOPE: Position impacts multiple business units/segments.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works both inside an office environment and also outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop and maneuver tight spaces.

Position Location - Boston/ Hybrid
Salary Range -$149,600 thru $160,000
*Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
