Your new role


We are seeking an experienced Chief Building Engineer. to oversee the retail portfolio's maintenance and operations of our commercial property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background. in building systems, engineering, and facilities management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.



What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using building management software and other relevant tools.
