Material Handler - Aerospace Support




San Antonio, TX




Contract Position




$23.28-$28.47/Hour

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support production and logistics by managing the movement, tracking, and inventory of materials across various departments.
  


• Receive, store, and issue materials, parts, and tools to support manufacturing, flight test, and production teams.


• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload trucks and move inventory.


• Monitor and update part and material status using automated systems.


• Analyze and reconcile discrepancies in parts and materials to maintain inventory accuracy.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set priorities, expedite deliveries, and prevent production delays.


• Assist with shipping and receiving functions and ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: High School Diploma or GED.


• 
  Experience:
  
  
  
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  
  
  • 1+ years of experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
  
  
  • 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional team environments.
  
  
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  
  
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or production setting.
