Merchandising Marketing Manager (MMM) is an integral role in bringing to life in-store displays tied to all big bet programming and innovation. This role owns the commercialization process for most prepacked displays. MMM works cross functionally in the planning process with sales strategy, brand, finance, project management and operations. In addition, they will collaborate with outside vendors to drive best in class display vehicles and identify operational efficiencies.

This position is accountable for the development and commercialization of best-in-class retail merchandising solutions.
Provides speed and candor, acts as the primary liaison on displays for all departments.
Responsible for the completion of national, customer specific and big bet display projects (temporary prepacked displays)
Considered project leader: National, Custom, and Big Bet and Big Bet displays
Develop and create Point of Sale (POS) material for every day, big bets and seasonal
Monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status.
Skills that will make you successful
Key duties include:
Create and finish the annual catalog of national displays including shopper marketing funded limited time offerings
Create spec sheets for all displays
Create reporting on displays
Ensure that key dates and deliverables are being met
Support brand, sales, packaging engineers and art agencies in display creation
Work with display vendors to complete new display offerings
Participate in market analysis and activate design for new concept development
Participate in continuous improvement projects with vendor partners
Help evaluate margin of displays with finance
Work with vendors and packaging engineers to optimize displays while maintaining structural integrity
Understand brand objectives and recommend structures and print methods
Identify and share efficiencies to reduce labor costs
Promote modular structures to improve run quantities
Manage all development requests for assign line of business
Organize and maintain renderings and catalog of approved display structures
Experiences that will support your success
Strong knowledge of Ferrara's supply chain, fulfilment and manufacturing
Proven experience in CPG, confections and sweet snacks a plus
Knowledge of graphic and structural requirements for manufacturing and execution of retail solutions
Ability to work independently in a fast paces team environment under deadlines
Positive proactive problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
Bachelor's Degree
4-5 years of minimum years of relevant experience required

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $153,000 annually.
