Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for our addiction services program, Stepping Stone. This position will coordinate and oversee services provided in the Outpatient, Residential, Detoxification, and Transitional Residential programs. It will ensure the provision of quality care to clients and adherence to Southwestern policies and procedures. Additionally, it will ensure compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Manage direct services staff and monitor the quality of services they provide through chart reviews, record management, and supervision meetings.
Manage clinical and administrative processes related to program admissions, program scheduling and utilization of services.
Substitute, as necessary, for staff in the case of staff vacations, illness or other absence.
Provide direction to team leads in the supervision and training of direct service staff.
Perform annual reviews of all staff supervised and provide ongoing feedback regarding performance.
Participate in team staffings and Client Care Monitoring meetings.
Communicate effectively with staff through individual meetings, written communications, and staff meetings.
Serve as staff on call for residential programs one week per month on rotating basis.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
Master’s degree in Social Work with LCSW required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum of five years of clinical experience working with a wide range of client diagnoses. Must have experience with treatment of substance use disorders.
Candidates must have demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must obtain and maintain Southwestern Clinical Staff Organization (CSO) membership.
Must obtain and maintain NAPPI training.
Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
