Cornerstone Relocation Group (CRG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Services Manager to oversee client accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an expert in relocation services, adept at managing client expectations, and experienced in driving client satisfaction and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Account Management

  • Develop and execute action plans to maintain profitability and service quality, including monitoring receivables, referral fee collection, business mix, contract terms, and program management.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on client relocation programs, policies, and expectations.

  • Ensure seamless administration of client programs, aligning service delivery with contract requirements.

  • Provide expert knowledge of CRG’s full range of products and services, including multi-regional and complex international offerings.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels, including HR, Mobility, and Procurement professionals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to effectively manage client accounts and ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and position CRG as the preferred relocation provider.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with the sales team in prospect meetings, RFP submissions, and final presentations.

  • Support the training of service consultants, internal teams, and functional leaders on client policies, programs, SLAs, and expectations.

  • Provide ongoing performance feedback for service teams and contribute to performance reviews.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely communication on client relationship status, identifying action steps to strengthen relationships.

  • Develop and present high-quality client deliverables aligned with the CRG brand.

  • Represent CRG at industry events and client functions to enhance brand reputation.

Decision-Making & Strategic Oversight

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service delivery.

  • Work closely with supplier management to optimize supplier utilization and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Identify and capitalize on global and cross-border opportunities in partnership with Supply Chain.

Data Analytics & Metrics Management

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality client reports, dashboards, and account reviews.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure service excellence and adherence to client SLAs.
  • Manage contractual agreements, including renewals, while identifying strategies to improve retention and profitability.

Qualifications



What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certifications are highly desirable.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in account management and 2 years in international relocation or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • In-depth knowledge of international relocation processes, including country-specific requirements, policy types, and key service delivery components (such as compensation, immigration, and language/cross-cultural training).
