Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Leading manufacturer of pre-pressurized steel and composite diaphragm expansion tanks. Continually focused on improving our workplace through modernizing equipment and embracing automation where applicable. Within our facility we extrude and injection mold plastic, filament wind, form steel and high-speed weld.


JOB TITLE: 2nd Shift Industrial Mechanic


JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for an Industrial Mechanic that can be an integral part of our manufacturing team. We seek a hands-on individual that will want to involve themselves in a variety of tasks ranging from basic preventative maintenance to in depth troubleshooting.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all manufacturing equipment for both mechanical and electrical failures.


Perform preventive maintenance and train production workers on basic pm's.


Communicate daily with operations team.


Support manufacturing engineering as needed.


EDUCATION:


High school graduate or trade school equivalent with extensive maintenance training. Reading and writing English and strong math skills required.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


10+ years of relevant trade experience.


Ability to repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of machinery.


Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.


Understanding of building systems, air compressors, chillers.


Familiarity with HMI's, PLC's, and Drives.


Familiarity with all phases of metal fabrication.
