Business Development Representative at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Randolph, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client, an inventory distributer in Randolph, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is fully onsite role, with hours 8am-4pm, and it is compensating up to $27 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:

• Find, grow, and manage accounts


• Ensure customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service


• Make daily outbound calls and schedule appointments


• Data entry into CRM database and inbox management


• Prepare necessary quotes for respective territory


• Collaborate with manager daily


• Personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads/appointments/revenue

Qualifications:

• 1 Year of outbound calls/sales experience


• Sales, account management, and customer service skills


• Comfortable with making outbound dials daily


• Customer satisfaction and relationship building abilities


• Experience in maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales targets


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
