The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Extension Finance, county Extension personnel, and the Extension Finance team within the Ag Finance and Business Operations area.Teams work closely together, sharing ideas and solutions in a supportive atmosphere. Required: Bachelor's in accounting or a related field of study with five years related experience.

Valid Driver's License


The candidate must be able to use Excel, Microsoft Word and learn both QuickBooks and the OSU financial system. This individual will interact daily with staff, faculty, and County extension employees that they provide financial services to. The successful candidate will work daily with Extension personnel in the county/district extension offices and university personnel in Accounting and Purchasing.



Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
