Vitalant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Organization Development Consultant who will oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Learning Management System and teach others how to use the platform. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with internal teams and external partners (Skillsoft and Workday), ensuring system functionality aligns with learning needs, and driving system enhancements that support seamless learning experiences across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has both technical expertise and strong people skills and will be confident and effective in teaching others how to fully adopt and maximize the Workday platform.

What You'll Do


  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging leadership and employee development programs that align with Vitalant's mission and culture.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth configuration, course management, and system optimization.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors (including Skillsoft and Workday) to enhance system functionality and support seamless learning experiences.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing insights and strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Create tools and resources that support various learning styles, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all employees.

  • Leverage Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance Management to drive user adoption and optimize HR processes.

  • Use data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness, track learning trends, and recommend enhancements.

  • Provide expert-level coaching and facilitation, helping leaders maximize performance and navigate organizational challenges.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certification in coaching, facilitation, or organizational development (e.g., ATD CPLP, ICF, Hogan, Korn Ferry) required.
Experience


  • 8+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, and instructional design.

  • Experience with HR systems, integrations, and learning technologies (Workday Learning, Workday Talent, Workday Core HCM and/or Performance Management preferred).

  • Strong background in adult learning theory and organizational development methodologies.

  • Experience with HR/OD data science, dashboard reporting and analytics to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect learning initiatives to broader business goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • A passion for empowering employees and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experience leading change management initiatives and driving system adoption.
