Actively seeking an experienced Lead Assembly professional that is Bilingual in Spanish to join their client's team in Irvine, California. This is a supervisory role that requires a dedicated individual to lead assembly operations efficiently and effectively.
Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the assembly process and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Coordinating with team members to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines.
Training and guiding assembly staff to improve skills and performance.
Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicating effectively with management regarding production updates and challenges.
Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within an assembly or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Bilingual in Spanish
