Job Description:

Actively seeking an experienced Lead Assembly professional that is
Bilingual in Spanish
to join their client's team in Irvine, California. This is a supervisory role that requires a dedicated individual to lead assembly operations efficiently and effectively.




Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour


2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the assembly process and ensuring quality control standards are met.


• Coordinating with team members to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines.


• Training and guiding assembly staff to improve skills and performance.


• Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.


• Communicating effectively with management regarding production updates and challenges.


• Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.


• Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an assembly or manufacturing environment.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.


• Bilingual in Spanish
