A leader in the energy industry is seeking a Lead Mechanical Assembler to oversee the installation and integration of hardware components in our production environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless deployment, functionality, and quality of our manufacturing equipment used in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the installation, configuration, and testing of manufacturing hardware and equipment
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proper setup and integration
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware installation issues efficiently
Train and guide technicians on installation processes and best practices
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures and issues
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (preferably in the energy industry)
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools
Leadership: Proven experience leading a team and managing projects
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
