Job Description:

Travel Guard is seeking a Marketing Manager, U.S., based in Houston, TX, or Stevens Point, WI, to join our global marketing team.

You can look forward to being part of a diverse team where you can deliver marketing excellence to our travel advisors and industry partners in the U.S. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Americas.

Responsibilities Include:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for the U.S. sales team, handling requests for various marketing materials such as advertisements, emails, decks, brochures, flyers, etc. Work with our creative team on fulfillment, manage workflows, and handle reviews and approvals with the marketing, underwriting and legal teams.

Support the sales team in creating presentations or talking points/scripts for conferences and events.

Facilitate monthly training webcasts for the sales team including developing training presentations, and maintain the webcast registration page and calendar, launch invite/reminder emails.

Maintain internal marketing asset calendar to track asset due dates and go-live dates.

Provide content management in Adobe AEM for our travel advisor platform Advisor Connect and public-facing travel advisor website.

Collaborate with underwriting on product filing updates and enhancements. Edit existing travel insurance plan product flyers or create flyers for new product launches.

Coordinate yearly Compliance reviews of all marketing materials with assistance from the Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Maintain the library of approved marketing materials for the sales team in SharePoint with assistance from the Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Create and distribute monthly newsletters and email communications to travel advisors via Constant Contact. Content to include new products or product enhancements, product rollouts to additional states, reminders on any claims/licensing processes, training opportunities, new marketing content, etc.

Assist with employee events and global marketing campaigns as needed.

Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing pieces adhere to corporate brand and writing style guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

10 years of marketing and communications experience, ideally with expertise in B2B or B2B2C marketing.

Forward-thinking and thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

Excellent writing skills. Ability to adapt copy to various audiences.

Excellent project management skills to manage multiple marketing deliverables with various due dates.

A strong focus on accuracy, especially for review of product materials.

Flexible with a can-do attitude. Ability to handle changes in project direction or due dates and address internal feedback/requests promptly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe AEM preferred but not required. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is also a plus.
