We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner, Digital Health US to lead the development and continuous improvement of MyWay, a best-in-class companion app supporting patients in the US market. This role will initially focus on enhancing the digital experience for Dupixent patients and will expand to include other indications as the app evolves. The ideal candidate will define and own the product vision, manage the product backlog, and collaborate closely with the global Product Owner and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, patient-centric digital health solution tailored to the unique needs of the US healthcare market.

Main Responsibilities



  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for the MyWay app, aligning it with the overall US digital strategy and brand priorities, starting with Dupixent and expanding to other indications.


  • Collaborate with the global Product Owner to ensure alignment while tailoring the app to the unique requirements of the US market, including compliance with local regulatory and data privacy standards.


  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.


  • Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and user feedback to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize the patient experience.


  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and refine user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product requirements, progress, and timelines.


  • Conduct regular user research and engage with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and validate app features.


  • Coordinate with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to meet all US healthcare and data privacy requirements, including potential Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) considerations.


  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and iterative delivery.


  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.


  • Stay current on digital health trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the US healthcare market.





About You




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.


  • 5+ years of product experience, ideally in digital health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industries.


  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.


  • Experience in launching and managing digital products within the healthcare space, with a focus on patient support programs and US healthcare systems.


  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools and experience driving data-informed product decisions.


  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SaMD, and FDA guidelines, is highly desirable.
