Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly

Description:
One of our clients is looking to hire a Wafer Fabrication Technician


Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in Cambridge, MA)


6+ month contract with the possibility for extensions/ conversion to FTE


Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr


Description:


-Perform wafer fabrication, packaging, and assembly operations, including photolithography, electroplating, chemical analysis, metal deposition, oxidation, reactive-ion etching, deep reactive ion etching, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition, wet etching, pick and place, laser drilling, encapsulation, and other processes as required, following detailed procedures under close supervision of senior technical personnel.


-Perform cleaning, maintenance, and/or calibration of fabrication equipment requiring skilled knowledge under limited supervision.


-Execute recipes for production of deliverable hardware with adequate training and supervision, involving moderately complex manual skills and operation of moderately complex automated or semi-automated equipment.


-Carefully document work consistent with work unit policy in handwritten form and using common computer-based software such as MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.


Qualifications:


Either two years of applicable technical education and two years of applicable experience or four years of applicable experience.


Experience handling sensitive electronic components is desired.


Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
