Job Title: Project Coordinator - Home Improvement & Luxury Home Construction

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination, construction administration, or home improvement? We have two exciting opportunities for Project Coordinators to join well-established companies in South Florida.
One role is with a home improvement company in Delray Beach, specializing in high-quality renovations and remodeling projects.
The second role is with a luxury home builder in North Palm Beach, focusing on high-end residential construction.
Both positions require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers by coordinating project timelines, tasks, and materials.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain and update project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
Assist with permitting, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track project expenses.
Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and client updates.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and client correspondence.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, home improvement, or project coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of permitting and construction documentation is a plus.
