Job Title: Project Coordinator - Home Improvement & Luxury Home Construction




Locations: Delray Beach & North Palm Beach, FL

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination, construction administration, or home improvement? We have two exciting opportunities for Project Coordinators to join well-established companies in South Florida.

• 
  One role is with a home improvement company in Delray Beach, specializing in high-quality renovations and remodeling projects.


• 
  The second role is with a luxury home builder in North Palm Beach, focusing on high-end residential construction.

Both positions require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers by coordinating project timelines, tasks, and materials.


• Communicate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.


• Maintain and update project documentation, contracts, and change orders.


• Assist with permitting, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.


• Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track project expenses.


• Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and client updates.


• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and client correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, home improvement, or project coordination is preferred.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software is a plus.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Knowledge of permitting and construction documentation is a plus.
