About the Job:
* Handle benefits administration and coordinate benefit inquiry responses with the advisor.
* Support recruiting, onboarding, and maintain employee records.
* Advise on leave policies and handle any leave or disability claims.
* Support payroll by processing bi-weekly with ADP and maintaining the timekeeping system.
* Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.
About You:
* 3+ years of FMLA administration, ADP, and HR experience are required.
* An associates degree is required; A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Proficiencies in MS Office, ADP, and FLMA are required.
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
* $25/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
* Position starts in April and lasts through the end of September.
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
