Join our ambitious team where innovation meets world-class scientific advancements. This is a field sales position covering the Ventura County or North Los Angeles, CA territory. Residency within the territory is required.

A day in the Life:





  • Aggressively pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and future clients.

  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities.


Keys to Success:





  • Strictly adhere to sales goals and performance metrics.

  • Successfully implement strategies to improve client solution opportunities.


Education





  • Bachelor's Degree required. An emphasis in Life Sciences or equivalent experience recommended.


Experience





  • 2+ years of sales experience in the laboratory industry or lab experience.

  • Knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product applications.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities





  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

  • Proven capability to negotiate and close business effectively.


Physical Requirements / Work Environment





  • Willingness to travel to meet sales goals.

  • Ability to work in various laboratory environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $53,000.00-$78,000.00.
