WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

The Intern will be responsible for supporting the Data Intelligence and Analytics team by conducting 1-2 large analyses that the wider Marketing and Communications (MAC) division can use to inform and improve their marketing efforts. They will analyze marketing data across multiple channels using multiple tools and ultimately deliver an insightful narrative that includes actionable insights. Additionally, they will help support the analytics teams' day-to-day deliverables and contribute their perspective and feedback to team discussions and projects. The Intern will report to the Manager of Marketing Analytics.

As the Marketing Analytics Intern, you will:

  • Review and analyze marketing data to recommend actionable insights for marketing and communications stakeholders
  • Create data visualizations and build reports for audience consumption
  • Communicate and present findings to MAC stakeholders
  • Support the Data Intelligence and Analytics Team with ad hoc requests and day-to-day data pulls as needed



WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern to fill a paid 10-week Summer internship. The intern can be an undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate. This position is home-based in the United States and will provide a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academics and real-world work. WHAT YOU'LL BRING

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS Diploma or equivalent. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program of communications, marketing, business analytics, or related field, or a recent graduate (between 2022 and 2024) with a degree in one of these or a related field.
  • Knowledge of/interest in marketing data analytics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in research (e.g., academic coursework or marketing research)
  • Close attention to detail
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, with the ability to construct and produce reports
  • Access to a reliable internet connection

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Coursework and/or exposure related to communications/marketing/data analytics
  • Self-starter, taking initiative, and demonstrating confidence to ask questions and seek input
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines
  • Ability to extract insights from data (including potentially large datasets)
  • Experience using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization program
  • Experience working with marketing data (including, but not limited to web, social, email, paid, or earned media)
  • Experience pulling data using website analytics tool (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) a plus



ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

This is a full-time, home-based, temporary internship position with a 10-week term of June 2 to August 8, 2025.

INTERN SELECTION PROCESS

SALARY INFORMATION

The pay for a candidate selected for this position is $17/hr.
