Salary Range: $67,000 - $84,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary: As a member of the FootJoy Direct-to-Consumer team, the CRM Marketing Specialist will provide marketing activation and analytics support for FJs global eCommerce business. This role will be responsible for planning and executing global communication strategies with consumers through management of the FJ email marketing program and new customer lifecycle retention programs. He/she will help connect customer data from throughout the organization and become a thought leader as it relates to customer lifecycle management and optimizing engagement with consumers through our CRM platform. The successful candidate will partner with integrated marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and maximize the lifetime value of consumer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning and Activation Lead activation of the FJ email and SMS marketing programs. Accountable for creative briefing, development process, QA and deployment, and performance evaluation.
Support development of the global campaign calendar by partnering with integrated marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to build appropriate content briefs, creative and copy development, and paths to site experience.
Prepare global teams with activation toolkits, including final creative and go-to-market assets for product launches.
Grow triggered email program by driving revenue through ongoing optimization of creative, messaging, promotion, cadence and templates.
Assist with activation reporting by channel, including ad-hoc campaign performance and success of recurring lifecycle campaigns.
CRM Roadmap Support creation of new customer journeys and retention programs, driving revenue through always-on automations.
Lead A/B testing program for marketing activations, reporting on successes and implementing best practices for email and SMS programs moving forward.
Support SMS program discovery, implementation, and execution of marketing activations. Develop a deep understanding of our CRM systems, capabilities, and limitations in support of the global eCommerce business.
Explore and evaluate potential vendors to deliver improved customer experiences, business efficiencies, or CRM capabilities.
Loyalty Roadmap Assistance Assist with developing and expanding the FJ Insider program, both in the US and in global markets.
Collect meaningful first-party data through members surveys, profile completeness campaigns, and product testing opportunities.
Responsible for scheduling, deployment and prize fulfillment of email marketing and loyalty sweepstakes.
Assist with activation of ad hoc lead generation opportunities with media outlets and third-party partners. Partner with user experience team to create a best-in-class loyalty experience for new and existing members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Communications) required.
2-3 years of digital marketing experience with a brand or leading advertising agency is required.
Obsess about and utilize consumer, site, and commercial data to develop consumer segments, engagement strategies and new business opportunities.
Email and CRM experience with a broad understanding of performance marketing channels.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level email service platform building email lists, audience segments, A/B testing, automation journeys, deployment, and tracking; Emarsys or similar.
Proven track record of working at the strategic level to develop and execute innovative CRM and email programs designed to drive performance against KPIs. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and loyalty program experience a plus.
Strong analytical and data competency with expert-level Excel capabilities (data manipulation, formulas, cleansing).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide strategic design direction and feedback. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities required.
