• Use a range of mixed research methods for data analysis/synthesis (Interviews, Lab studies, unmoderated studies, surveys)


• Generate clear and concise findings reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders


• Meet with cross-functional stakeholders, identify needs for research in addition to sharing learnings and insights
