Job Description:

• Manage and administer all leave requests, paid or unpaid, including FMLA, personal leave, accommodations, and other statutory leaves.


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations.


• Provide guidance and support to team members, leaders and HR team regarding leave policies and procedures.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records in Workday and case management tools


• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate leave payments and deductions.


• Communicate with team members on leave to provide updates and support, including the return-to-work process.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field


• 5 years of direct experience with leave of absence, FMLA and accommodations


• Strong knowledge of federal, state, local leave laws and regulations


• Strong communication and detail orientated


• Knowledge of Workday preferred, or proficiency in another HRIS / Case Management system
