Operations Manager III in Austin, TX.

Expected Duration: 12 Months



Job Type: [>=40 weeks] [Contract] [Onsite].



Pay Range: $55 - $65/hr. on W2.



Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).



Job Title: Operations Manager III

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.


• Utilize project management frameworks to drive projects to completion.


• Collaborate with leadership and other PM's, preparing and presenting data-backed presentations and decks.


• Contribute to operational efficiency and support learning and development initiatives as needed.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key updates and project statuses.


• Actively participate in and execute project tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach when necessary to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.


• Experience in the tech industry, with a preference for candidates who have a background in Compliance or the legal sector.


• Familiarity with operational processes and learning and development initiatives.


• Previous experience as a Program Manager is highly desirable.


• Proficiency in both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the tech industry.


• 
  Governance Project Manager Role: Ideal candidate would have the following skillset.


• Experienced project manager skilled at managing multiple complex projects at one time and keen knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.


• Experience in working with c-suite leadership and able to create data backed presentations / decks for senior leaders.


• Proven experience working in the tech industry, with experience in Compliance, legal industry a bonus.


• Experience working within an Operational industry.


• Experience working within the Learning and Development industry is a Bonus.


• Experience working as a program manager is a plus.


• Must be skilled in the Google suite & Microsoft Suite.
