Job Type: Temporary (4-month contract) with potential for hire
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 4-month temporary contract with the potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume order processing environment and prefers email-based communication over phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process 100-200 orders per day in SAP with accuracy and efficiency
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order discrepancies via email only (no phone calls)
Track and update customers on order status and shipping details
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of recent work experience (within the last 3 years) in a similar role
Strong order processing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Proficiency in SAP or similar order management systems
Excellent written communication skills for clear and professional email interactions
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
