Senior Associate Attorney - Business Litigation (San Diego, CA - North County)

What You'll Do:
Handle a variety of business and professional litigation cases in business, real estate, and land use matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and represent clients in court
Collaborate with shareholders and play an integral role in trial preparation
Draft and negotiate transactional documents as needed
What You Need:
8+ years of litigation experience (or strong litigation/trial experience with fewer years)
Trial experience preferred (first- or second-chair)
Strong legal writing skills
Licensed to practice law in California
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact litigation environment
