As an Accountant/Bookkeeper at our Client, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts, maintaining financial policies and procedures, and handling some HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile accounts
Maintain financial policies and procedures
Assist with HR-related functions as needed
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Work closely with management to support business objectives
Qualifications:
3-5 years of accounting experience
BA/BS in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Effective time management skills
Ability to work independently and use good judgment
Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the necessary hours to meet deadlines
