We are currently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Family Support Coordinator for a funeral home in North County. This person must have strong office management/administrative skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. In order to perform this job to the fullest, you must have a very strong compassionate approach to customer service.
Job Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and administrative support.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
Assist in scheduling appointments.
Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed, including managing calendars and correspondence.
Meet with families when purchasing plots for scheduling interments.
Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks
Proficient in computer literacy - especially Microsoft Office
Proven experience in office management or administration
Use of Osiris or Pontem is a plus.
A background in caregiving is a plus.
