The Head of Marketing, ACI Speedpay is responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing, Communications and Partnership strategy for ACI Speedpay. The role will report to the General Manager for ACI Speedpay and sits on the ACI Speedpay Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in influencing and advocating for Biller's marketing strategy, while ensuring alignment with ACI Worldwide's overarching marketing goals. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for forging strategic partnerships, elevating Biller marketing impact and reach, co-branding initiatives, and overseeing trade strategies.
Note that the word "Biller" is used interchangeably with ACI Speedpay and the name of this business unit within ACIW.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing, Communication and contact management strategies for Biller.
Influence and advocate for Biller's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with ACI's corporate marketing objectives.
Partner closely with Corporate Marketing to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts, including major events for ACI Worldwide.
Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance Biller's market presence and brand recognition, while also increasing Sales pipeline growth and quality.
Revise and refine marketing focus, co-branding initiatives, and trade strategies to drive business growth.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Biller's value proposition.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Develop a comprehensive communications plan for ACI Speedpay, encompassing all customer touchpoints, including Customer Success, Help24, Operations, etc.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the technology or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of marketing communication, contact management, and strategic partnership development.
Demonstrated ability to influence and advocate for marketing strategies at an executive level.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
