Hybrid Lateral Attorney - Denver, CO


$200K+ Portable Book Required


We are seeking an experienced Lateral Attorney to join a reputable and growing firm in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business valued at $200,000 or more and a strong desire to expand their practice within a collaborative and supportive environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while continuing to develop new business.


Provide high-quality legal services to clients in your area of expertise (practice area is open depending on candidate's background).


Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on firm-wide initiatives and client matters.


Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to firm policies and procedures.


Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the development of the team as appropriate.



Qualifications:



Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.


Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.


Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a successful track record of client development.


Portable book of business of at least $200,000.


Strong interpersonal, communication, and business development skills.


Ability to work independently while also collaborating with other attorneys and firm leadership.
