As our Digital Creative Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of designers and copywriters, inspiring them to create innovative, brand-right content that captivates our global audience. From conceptualizing engaging email campaigns to crafting immersive brand experiences across our websites and retailer platforms, your strategic vision will shape our digital storytelling.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Oversee and mentor a talented creative team, fostering their professional growth
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, aligning content with our identity and strategic goals
• Translate data-driven insights into compelling, actionable content that resonates with our customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional creative solutions that drive business objectives
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of experience in place of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design best practices, video content, and customer-friendly site experiences
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Asset Management software (strongly preferred).
• Expertise in creative thinking, problem-solving, and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
