Location
This position is a hybrid position located in Landover, Maryland. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days a week.
What will you be doing?
This role will be key in supporting our client, Giant Food in the Washington DC area. The Analyst role will deliver data insights from the numerous data solutions we specialize in. You will dig into data, organize it, and create meaningful stories and recommendations based on the strategic goals of Giant Foods.
This position will be hybrid in the greater Baltimore Washington Area, with a minimum of 3 days per week required
onsite at client office.
Responsibilities (with Primary focus on Non - Perishable Teams):
Assist and own Business Analysis using Circana data to help the client understand their business issues and opportunities.
Support exceeding revenue by high quality service using data and insights.
Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against client's business initiatives.
Work cross functionally within the Circana ADUSA team, the Giant Food Client team and with the GOC.
Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing.
Provide expertise and acts as project leader in managing timelines and feedback.
Lead client training initiatives on Circana platforms & tools.
Ensure elevated level of data quality and data issue resolution.
Minimum of 2 years of Analytical experience - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail knowledge a plus but not required.
Has worked with various types of datasets through business applications and manual manipulation.
Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.
Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Elevated level of initiative required.
Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent.
Advanced skills MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Access
Skills:
Experienced in Data Insights Analytics
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
Strong-communication skills.
Prefer experience with Syndicated Scan Data.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65K to $70K.
