General Description
This position will be responsible for providing more support to the Accounting and Customer Service Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Complete the order entry in Pointman
Complete the customer data packages
Assist with completing order packages and filing
Perform invoicing for SGA & Mount Hope
Enter invoices into customer based accounting portals.
Enter invoices and data into both the DocStar and Ancora programs.
Handle customer/vendor arrivals to the front office.
Complete filing AP and other accounting files.
Learn AP & Purchasing process as a backup.
Assist in other areas as need to create a better flow of Customer Service duties.
Other duties ADHOC Duties will be added as they get more familiar with our business.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience.
Languages: English
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Must have strong attention to details
Good organizational skills
